Request Notary Services

Welcome! I'm pleased to offer professional Notary Public services. Please review the fee schedule and service guidelines below, then use the calendar to schedule your appointment.

Before scheduling your appointment, please note the following:

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service
I accept credit card or Venmo payments only
No cash or checks

Location:
Mobile service is available within 25 miles for a $15 travel fee. If you prefer, we can arrange to meet at a convenient neutral location at no additional cost.

Document Requirements:
1. All signers must be present at the time of notarization
2. Valid government-issued photo identification is required (driver's license, passport, or state ID)
3. Documents must be complete before notarization – I cannot notarize incomplete documents or blank forms
4. Signers must be willing and able to sign voluntarily, without coercion
Signers must understand the contents of the document they are signing
5. I cannot provide legal advice or assist in preparing documents
6. I cannot notarize documents if I have a financial or beneficial interest in the transaction
7. Documents must be in English, or a translator must be present
